1. Cancellation of Online Orders

  • You may cancel your online order within 15 minutes of placing it.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. Once the order is being prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refunds for Unfulfilled Orders

  • If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order (due to stock issues, kitchen issues, or other unforeseen circumstances), we will issue a full refund.
  • We will notify you as soon as possible if your order can’t be completed.

3. Quality or Service Issues

If you encounter any of the following, please reach out immediately so we can address it:

  • Food quality that does not meet standards (e.g., undercooked, wrong item, spoiled, etc.).
  • Problems with packaging, presentation, or incorrect order.
  • Any issues with our delivery service.

To initiate a refund request for quality or service issues:

  • Provide your order number, date and time of purchase, and a clear description of the problem.
  • In many cases, we may request supporting evidence — for example, photographs — to help us investigate.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your refund request is approved, we aim to process it within three business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method used.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Exclusions and Exceptions

Refunds or returns may not be provided in the following situations:

  • If a substantial portion of the food has already been consumed before the issue is reported.
  • If the problem is reported more than two hours after delivery.
  • For orders placed through third-party delivery services or platforms (unless specified otherwise); you may need to follow their refund procedures.

6. Changes to this Policy

  • Mumtaz Food reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time, without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be posted on this page, with the updated effective date.
